What is the delivery time of my order?
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days. If a delivery is delayed, we'll try to notify you as soon as possible. As soon as we've handed your order over to our carrier, you'll receive a track & trace message to monitor its progress.
Why isn't there a micro USB cable included?
We deliberately do not include micro USB cables with our products, out of environmental considerations. Most people already have several of these cables at home, and by not including them as standard, we avoid unnecessary production and waste. This also allows us to offer our product at a more competitive price. If you do need a cable, they can be ordered easily and inexpensively.
Are your products safe for children?
Yes, all our products comply with the latest European directives. In addition, we advise you to observe the following guidelines.

- Not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts.
- Use under adult supervision recommended.
Is your product damaged or do you have a complaint?

How do I return my order?
