At Nuffie Kids, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, we offer a generous return policy.

• We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  
• After registering, you have 14 days to return the product to us.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping

After cancellation, we expect you to return the products to us. Please note the following points:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and, if reasonably possible, returned in its original packaging.
• The costs for returning the product are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package, depending on the chosen carrier. Please consult the carrier's website for exact rates.
• Make sure the product is well packaged so that it is not damaged during shipping.

Once your return has been accepted, we will send you a return form with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will then be able to evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.

Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, the full order amount, including the standard shipping costs you paid (if applicable), will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
